It's not how much we give, it's how much LOVE we put into giving...

Hello all! I must first apologize for not keeping up to date with the posts! We have been busy bees at our local chapter of 100=+WWC!! Our second meeting was held in November and we were able to collectively donate $600 to the Culpeper Winter Heat Shelter. During my visit to the shelter, I was overwhelmed with so many emotions! I was so very thankful for all that I am blessed to have in my life, and I am SO very thankful for the great things that our group is able to do! Being able to provide the heat shelter with our donation right before we were hit so hard by the cold weather was wonderful! This is such a great organization and they are fulfilling a HUGE need within our community. I urge you to check them out! Thank you members, for contributing to such a wonderful cause!
Our most recent meeting was held on Thursday February 7th at Denim & Pearls in Warrenton. We have decided that we love this location so very much and we will continue to hold our meetings here! (as long as they allow us to anyway!) I am excited to welcome 3 NEW members to our group! Yay!! I hope that our members are enjoying the meetings as much as I am. In a life full of constant running, it is nice to unwind with a group of like minded women and accomplish something so wonderful!
Did anyone catch our small blip in the Discover Fauquier??
I am so excited that this group is catching on. We may have a LONG way to go in order to reach our 100+ member goal, but our small group of members put a lot of LOVE into each meeting. And isn't that what matters most? Our collective donation is meaningful to each of us. I thank you all and I feel blessed to know you all.
I have 2 challenges for you my friends!
1. Bring a friend to the next meeting!
2. Bring a charity nomination! If you don't have a charity that is near and dear to your heart yet, take some time to get to know all of the amazing organizations that are out there!! Fauquier, Culpeper and Rappahnnock are blessed to have a number of amazing non-profits out there meeting a variety of needs.
I hope the remainder of your winter finds you and your loved ones in good health! See you in the Spring!
Angela
